Connection Session (60 minutes) TYPICAL for IFS sessions or follow-up Herbal Health Consults This session keeps you connected to the healing journey. Want to check in after the first initial consultation? Need regular support? This connection session keeps you on track with your goals and feeling "the type of better" you are looking for. Also, this is the typical time frame for IFS emotional health coaching sessions. 4. Quick Acute Visit (30 minutes) Did the lastest stomach bug get you? Need some advice on that itchy rash? Recent tick bite? Something for the sniffles? Let's get you the tools you need to feel better sooner. |

I offer a sliding scale rate which allows herbalism and emotional healing work to be available to people in rural or urban settings through in-person sessions or on-line calls.
Sliding scale is available for you if needed. My standard pricing is below. Please contact me with questions.
90 Minute: $110
60 Minute: $75
30 Minute Acute Visit: $40

Donate to Scholarship Fund
I also provide scholarships to classes and courses I hold. In a class of 12 people, I often have at least 25-30% of students in need of scholarship. Sometimes scholarship funds are used up and still there is a need.
